Diagnosis Tools – During the process of implementing diagnosis tools a wide variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and the applications on it may be collected. This information is sent securely over the Internet to the OffsiteNoc servers. Upon analysis of the information end-user problems are resolved. Rest assured that no vital information or personal information such as Web sites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc will be collected in the process.
